Hello, quick poll. With the introduction of the  Digital Economy Act ( dubbed: The  MandyBill ) as reported here http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/04/09/dea_timetable/ at the Reg I though I would set a quick poll. This is basically just to gauge the understand netizans have about the legitimacy of  the technology they may use or have heard of. So here we go.......
